Terms and conditions of sale
Products
The products and kits we sell are original designs. The circuit board and components used are RoHS compliant.
We do not resell products that have been used or returned. We hope that all our customers will be completely
satisfied with their purchase. However, we are aware that sometimes returns are unavoidable.
Right of cancellation [... for French customer only ...]
In accordance with the provisions of the code of remote consumption, you have from the delivery of the material a period of 14 working days to return the product ordered for exchange or refund. You must inform us by email or by phone.
The products called "over-order" or "custom-made" are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The withdrawal of goods on site does not fall within the legal withdrawal period.
As from the date on which you informed us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return the products concerned. The product must be in its original packaging, intact, with all accessories, instructions and documentation.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Disclaimer
In no event shall we be liable for any consequential damages, indirect damages, lost profits, losses or any other damages that may arise from the supply of the products, regardless of the basis of the liability regime concerned. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the goods found to be defective, without any indemnity and/or penalty being claimed on any grounds whatsoever.
E-mail response time
We strive to respond to all requests within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have not received a response within three days, please feel free to resend your mail.
Price
Benefiting from a system not subject to VAT, the prices are mentioned without tax. VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI. The amount displayed is the amount to be paid. No additional charge is to be added apart from possible local import taxes for sales made outside the euro zone. The professionals cannot recover the amount of the VAT on our sales.
Methods of payment
We accept payments through Paypal, by check (France only) or bank transfer.
Geographic Shipping Limits
We have no geographical limits for shipping. We ship to any country in the world.
