The Jundac 6 is a non-oversampling USB digital to analog converter. Each stage is carefully
tuned for the most accurate musicality.
The realisation
On the Jundac 6, the digital stages are reduced to their simplest form. High frequency digital circuits induce electrical, electromagnetic and vibratory disturbances. This electromagnetic pollution ends up sooner or later tainting the sound rendering with unpleasant and artificial colorations. Each function that can be simplified or even eliminated reduces these disturbances.The design of the Jundac 6 is focused on sound rendering and only on sound rendering quality. For this reason you will find only a very small number of functions and inputs.
The analog stages are the opposite, more opulent, with a comfortable surface area reserved for power supplies followed by class-A, open-loop transistor stages (feedback free). These circuits incorporate innovations such as a split-current power supply and techniques inspired by our Junilight and Juniwave harmonization products.
All these subtleties of realization provide a fleshy sound with natural contours.
Mechanical

Designing a converter for dematerialized music is not an easy task!If the computer allows to read audio beyond the 16-bit 44.1KHz CD format, it is also the most unsuitable equipment to reproduce music because of its noisy design: microprocessor running at several giga hertz, multiple quartz, chipsets, switching power supply...
There is no more electrically, electromagnetically and vibrationally polluting source than modern computers. If it is easy to get sound from them, it is much more difficult to get quality music from them!
